Join us for a special evening with multifaceted UK music legend John Robb. Not just a familiar face from TV, he’s also a best-selling author, journalist, publisher, musician and founder of the music website Louder Than War.
In the first part of the evening John will be discussing his brand new memoir Punk Rock Ruined My Life, a book packed with riotous stories from living a true punk rock life. John will then be joined by special guest Jonn Penney, charismatic frontman of indie-rock legends Ned’s Atomic Dustbin, whose distinctive two-bass sound emerged from the explosive late-80s/early-90s Midlands music scene, and who are still touring today. Jonn will be looking back on the band’s success in Britain, America and beyond, and reflecting on the songs, friendships and experiences of his life as a self-proclaimed accidental rock star.
