How To Buy Tickets
1. When do tickets go on sale?
If you're a Friend of Bewdley Festival, the members' earlybird period begins at 9am on Monday, June 29th (note that during the earlybird period, tickets can only be purchased by Festival Friends). Tickets will then go on public sale one week later, beginning at 9am on Monday July 6th.
2. Before you can buy tickets
New for 2026, our website and ticketing is now all done by a clever system called Oscar. Because Oscar is a new system, it won't know if you've bought tickets from Bewdley Festival in the past. For this reason, if you're buying tickets for the first time in 2026, you'll firstly need to let Oscar know who you are by creating an account:
- If you're a Friend of Bewdley Festival, the good news is your account has already been created, and you'll automatically qualify for our exclusive earlybird offer (for more information please see the eMail sent on June 25th to your registered Festival Friends eMail address).
- If not, if you click the Log In link in the top right hand corner of the screen a panel appears which at the top says if you haven't bought Bewdley Festival tickets during 2026 before, please Create an Account. Simply click on the Create an Account link, complete the details requested and set your password (which you may wish to make a note of).
Once done, that's it - everything's sorted. Now, every time you wish to order more Bewdley Festival tickets, just make sure you're logged in to Oscar with your chosen eMail address and password (which your computer or device may well even remember for you!).
3. Finding & buying tickets
- Before you start, it's always best to make sure you're logged in to Oscar - simply click the Log In link in the top right hand corner of the screen. You’ll initially end up on the “My Account” page, so just click on the 2026 Festival of the Arts menu listing, where you'll find everything you need to to know - event information, venue information, ticket links etc. Alternatively, if you already know what you're after, just click on the Buy Tickets link.
- Buying tickets works pretty much the same as any other online shopping system - simply choose your tickets and add them to your Basket, return to the main pages/menu options if you want to continue shopping, and then check out once you have everything in your Basket that you need. Note that there's always a link to your Basket in the menu items at the top of your screen.
- In the event you require a wheelchair or companion space, please note that these can only be booked by contacting the Festival office.
- And lastly, we've once again arranged for the seats at our St George's Hall events to be numbered, so you're free to choose whichever of the available seats you wish. It would, though, be really helpful to us if you could avoid leaving any single seat gaps when choosing your seats.
Hopefully this is all pretty straightforward, but of course if you do get a bit stuck just get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
