Lovely Loose Flowers Workshop

When we launched our Pencil & Paint series in 2025 little did we know just how popular it would be! So, the good news is Pencil & Paint is back for 2026, with this first 3 hour workshop hosted by Sharon Gibson of Olive & Plumbeing being all about creating Lovely Loose Flowers. Sharon demonstrated and explored techniques to help create loose and lovely watercolour flowers, including how to create flow by painting with water and adding pigment in different ways. Her workshop also explored the different tools available to create organic lines and marks for foliage. This was all such a joy, as it doesn’t rely on tight control but rather an acceptance of flow and ‘happy accidents’, making it a mindful and playful process.
