Business Partners

At Bewdley Festival we know from long experience that good business and good art working together can create a richer society and that arts sponsorship is very worthwhile for business as well as having direct benefit of the local community.

We hope that you will want to become involved in our plans. Benefits include:

  • We will be providing our partners with higher visibility as we grow our profile in the West Midlands and nationally.
  • The use of our hospitality suite to entertain clients and customers.
  • Your name and branding will appear in our social media campaigns; on our website and in our festival brochure (10,000 are distributed annually).

In Addition:

Supporting Bewdley Festival can be an ideal way of achieving corporate social responsibility goals, and in addition receive increased profile through helping stimulate community pride.

You and your guests can meet in our hospitality suite and be photographed with some of the famous performers who come to Bewdley Festival.

Festival has various partnership opportunities available that can be tailored to meet different budgets.

Bewdley Festival is a volunteer run organisation and a registered charity. Any surplus funds are either re-invested in bringing arts events to the town or held in reserve to ensure that we are financially viable going forward. The charity has held an arts festival in Bewdley every year since 1988 and is committed to supporting the arts to the benefit of our local community.

The Festival has over registered 400 Friends of Festival who pay an annual subscription and around 4,000 people attend our events throughout the year. Our annual income is approximately £65,000 per annum, of which 60% comes from ticket sales.

Our work includes:

  • Bringing music, comedy, plays, poetry and informative talks to the town.
  • Holding literary events for internationally known and local authors.
  • Working with young people through Bewdley Youth Festival to develop their talent; enable them to gain practical experience of performing and to build their confidence.
  • Holding arts exhibitions and involving the local community in arts projects.

We take great pride in the quality of our events, ensuring they are professionally run and that they result in a good experience for our performers and our audiences.
